01 The proposed program

Plan the collection.

Three conversations to have before a collection goes on sale.

  1. Define the brief.

Outline the team, activity and fundraising goal. Identify who would wear the collection and who needs to approve it.

  2. Agree the collection.

Review proposed garments, artwork, pricing and quantities together before making a commitment.

  3. Set the terms.

Confirm the fundraising calculation, deductions, payment timing and fulfillment in writing before any launch.

02 Youth fundraising / Founder’s proposal

25% of applicable net fundraising sales
to participating youth teams.

Support the next
competition.

Supporters would buy from a team collection, helping fund the team’s competition goals.

This proposed contribution applies to participating youth fundraising campaigns. Eligibility, the definition of net sales, deductions and payment terms still need agreement. It is not a donation promise on every GC purchase.
